Thank you for visiting and shopping at LIVICRAFT! We aim to deliver your handmade jewellery and craft products safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
All our products are handmade with care. Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 5–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, festivals, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the provided link or directly from your LIVICRAFT account.
5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. LIVICRAFT is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product photos. We will review and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
