At LIVICRAFT, we take great care in handcrafting and inspecting every product before dispatch. Since all our items are handmade, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund Policy. However, we do offer replacement for damaged or defective items under specific conditions.
1. Replacement Eligibility
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect at the time of opening the package.
- Replacements are only provided for items damaged during shipping or if the wrong product is sent.
2. Non-Replaceable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or embroidery — as these are natural in handmade items.
3. Replacement Process
- Send us your order number, unboxing video, and issue details at support@livicraft.in.
- After verification, we’ll approve your replacement request within 2–3 business days.
- A new product will be shipped to you at no extra cost once the request is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable. We only provide replacement for eligible damaged products.
