All prices are listed in INR (₹). We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely via Shopify or trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes mentioned in our Shipping Policy. LIVICRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions.

6. Replacement and Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, replacements are available for damaged or defective items if the customer contacts us within 48 hours of delivery and provides an unboxing video as proof. Refer to our Replacement Policy for details.
